Rare Soviet police cap badge featuring the USSR emblem, model 1969. This gold-coloured metal badge was used by the Soviet militia (militsiya) and other Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) units. It features a detailed central emblem with a hammer and sickle on a blue background, surrounded by golden wheat ears and topped with a red star.
The badge measures 9 x 4.5 cm and has soft metal pins on the back for easy attachment. The pins can be bent by hand, but we recommend making a small hole with a sharp object (not a knife) to avoid damaging them. Please note that the badge is slightly curved, not flat.
A great item for collectors, reenactors, or as a historical display piece.
