UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all online orders. 

  • We deliver all items Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm(although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). We do not deliver during weekends and public holidays
  • Orders placed during Monday-Friday are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
  • If you have opted for next working day delivery, these options are available for Monday to Friday delivery; order by 10.00pm for next day delivery
  • We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. 
  • Sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

 

      European Union Delivery

      • Free Standard International Priority Delivery on all orders

      • Delivery can take up to 5-7 working days. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays

      • Import Duties and tax may apply so please read carefully the information below:

        • For deliveries outside of the UK, European Union and USA, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. This includes countries such as Norway, Switzerland.

        • Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

        • Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes and any other administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees will be at your expense. Futlex cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.

      International Delivery  

      • Delivery can take up to 10-15 days, although further delays can occur due to custom procedures.

      • Delivery charges are dependent upon the destination country and size of purchase, appropriate delivery charges will be shown at the checkout once the relevant country has been selected.    

      • Some places are easier to reach than others and so some patience and extra cost might be required. If your shipping country is not on our list or a delivery charge is not shown, please contact us before placing your order.  

      • Unfortunately we are not able to ship to a P.O Box Address
