High-quality Russian medal reproduction of the Order of Courage, with a pin at the back to fix it to a jacket. Silver-coloured metal alloy, weight 14g.

At the centre of the obverse is the state emblem; embossed rays extend outwards from the centre to the outer rim in each of the cross's four arms.
On the reverse, the relief inscription is in stylized Russian Cyrillic "Courage". On the reverse of the lower cross arm, there is an "N" in relief and a horizontal line with award serial number; under the line is a maker's mark.
